Registration and Membership

Q: How can I make a purchase on Unidbox webstore?

A: You are required to register an account with us, fill up the required basic information. You may provide the shipping details when you check out.

 

Q: What happened if I forget my member ID or password?

A: You can click on the 'Forget Password' and a new password will be send to the email you have registered. However, if you forget your member ID or the email you had registered with us, please call us at 62098233 during office hours (Mon - Fri, 9am -6pm) for further assistance.

 

Online Ordering

Q: What are the required steps to order?

A: 1. Sign into your webstore account.

     2. Select the product that you want, choose the options and click ‘Add to cart’.

          You may also adjust the options or remove items once they are in your cart.

     3. Click checkout once you have added all desired product(s).

     4. Enter your delivery address, select the deliver timing and click next.

          On the next page, click ‘Place Order’ and you are done!

     5. You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your registered email.

          You can also check your Order History to ensure that your order has been processed.

 

Q: How long will it take to process my order?

A: Your order goes through few steps before reaching your door. (The estimated delivery time is quoted by the carrier; it may experience a few days’ delay during rush season. e.g. Christmas, New Year, etc). The time frame as following:

Step 1 (1 business day): Order received.

Step 2 (2 business days): Order processing.

Step 3 (1 business day): Order delivery.

 

Purchase and Payment

Q: What is the minimum amount for Unidbox webstore purchase?

A: We do not have a minimum order amount, but kindly note that purchase under $100 is subjected to delivery charge.

 

Q: I am not located in Singapore, are there any oversea shipment?

A: Currently we only provide local delivery.

 

Q: What are the payment modes available?

A: We accept Visa and Mastercards via Paypal.

Stocks Availability

Q: Are all the items available in Unidbox stores available on webstore?

A: Unidbox webstore products will vary from time to time, differ from promotion to promotion. The items availability may due to limited quantities or special collaboration.

 

Q: How do I know if the item(s) I have order is available?

A: You will receive an order form from us and we will update you the stocks soonest availability.

 

Q: What if the item(s) runs out of stock after I have ordered or made payment?

A: We will send an email or call you to keep you posted on the item(s) availability. If the item(s) is no longer available, Unidbox reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

 

Exchange and refund

Q: What happened if the item(s) I received is faulty or different from my order?

A: You may call us at 91088431 or email to sales@unidbox.com during office hours (Mon - Fri, 9am -6pm) to inform us for item exchange within 7 days from goods of receive.

 

Q: Where do I go to exchange my item(s)?

A: Once we have received your enquiry for item exchange, we would advise the exchange location at either retail stores.
