In using this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

 

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements:

"Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions.

"The Company", "Ourselves", "We" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

GST means any goods and services tax chargeable under the Goods and Services Tax Act (Cap.117A).

S$ means Singapore Dollars.

 

1.      Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. We will investigate any unauthorised actions against computer systems and data with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against any offenders.

 

2.      Confidentiality

Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than for the purposes of fulfilling the services that are supposed to be rendered, or if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail, other than for the required services to be rendered. Any emails sent by this company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products, or for any updates or campaigns.

 

3.      Disclaimer

Exclusions and Limitations

3.1 The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company's literature; and

• Excludes all liability for damages arising our of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profit was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.

3.2 This Company does not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.

 

4.      Price and Payment

4.1 Delivery charges are priced at S$4.90 per trip for east area, $7.90 per trip for west area, $10.90 per trip for central area- CBD and is free for orders above S$100. Delivery charges does not include installations or any other services other than the product itself.

4.2 All prices are specified in S$, and include GST within Singapore. Delivery of products to delivery addresses outside of Singapore will attract international shipping charges and may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees).

4.3 Prices are subject to change at any time but changes will not affect any Order that Unidbox has accepted.

4.4 You may make payment for Products by: Credit card, processed securely through PayPal. Any payment processed through PayPal is subject further to PayPal’s prevailing terms and conditions currently accessible at https://www.paypal.com/sg

 

5.      Defective or Damaged Products

5.1 Except for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery to you, all products cannot be returned or exchanged.

5.2 If you receive a defective or damaged Product, you must notify Unidbox in accordance with Clause 7 within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the Product, after which Unidbox shall have no liability to you. Unidbox's obligation to you in respect of such notification will be at its option to:

• Replace any Product that is defective or damaged; or

• Refund to you the amount paid by you for the relevant Product to the original method of payment.

 

6.      Copyright Notice

Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exists on all text relating to the Company's services and the full content of this website.

 

7.      Communication

We have several different email addresses for different queries. These, and other contact information, can be found on our Contact Us link on our website or via Company literature or via the Company's stated telephone, facsimile or mobile telephone numbers.

8.      Intellectual Property

8.1 The Products are subject to copyright laws and protection and are sold to you on the basis that you comply with the provisions of any copyright notices thereon and therein. Under no circumstances shall SingHealth be liable to you for any of your actions which are in breach of such copyright laws and provisions.

8.2 You acknowledge that all trademarks, logos and other intellectual property rights used as part of the Site belongs to Unidbox or another party. No person or entity may reproduce or use such trademarks, logos or intellectual property in any manner other than expressly authorised by Unidbox or the relevant third party.

 

9.      General

9.1 Unidbox may amend these Terms from time to time by posting revised terms on the Site, which shall apply to all Orders placed after such date.

9.2 If any of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. If any Term shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that Term shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms.

9.3 The failure of Unidbox to exercise or enforce any of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance.

 

10.    Notification of Changes

We reserve the right to amend, vary and change these terms and conditions at our discretion without any notice to you. Each time you use the Unidbox Webstore, you should visit and review the then current Terms and Conditions of Usage and Return & Exchange Policy, that apply to your transactions and use of this site.
