A: Package will be delivered to address indicated in Singapore, including Sentosa and Jurong Island

 

Q: How long before I receive my order?

A: UNidBox makes every effort to deliver your order out of warehouse within 2 working days from placing the order and finishing payment        online. UNidBox is not liable in respect of any shipping delays, nor of loss of any kind caused as a direct or indirect consequence due to      unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. In these situations UNidBox will try the best to notify customer of the delay, and as                feasible, make new delivery/collection arrangements with estimated delivery date. However, some products required longer time than          others to be deliver.

 

Q: Do UNidBox offer free shipping?

A: Yes! UnidBox offers free shipping for orders above S$100. If your order is below S$100 you will be charged shipping fee as below:

    - S$0 ~ S$100 : S$4.90/Trip

 

Q: Can I self collection my orde?

A: Yes! Once you place your order, we will process your order and inform you when it is ready for collection. You can self collect your order      at our shop at Block 685 Hougang Street 61 #01-154 Singapore 530685 (Hougang Branch) /
